An Electrical Installation Condition Report is only useful if it is thorough, coded correctly and explained in plain English. Our engineers inspect and test every circuit against BS 7671 (18th Edition), then hand you a report you can actually act on: C1 and C2 observations flagged clearly, C3 improvements listed separately, and a straightforward summary of what needs doing, in what order.
