LS Elec is an NICEIC Approved Contractor based in Peterborough. We install, test, certify and maintain electrical and fire systems for businesses, facilities managers, main contractors and multi-site property portfolios across the East of England and Midlands.
We built LS Elec around three disciplines that commercial clients usually have to buy from three different contractors: electrical installation and maintenance, electrical compliance, and fire and life safety.
Putting them under one roof matters more than it sounds. It means the engineer servicing your fire alarm is the same one who tested the distribution board it's wired from. It means one schedule, one point of contact and one set of reports across every site. And it means that when something fails at 2am, the person who turns up already knows the building.
Compliance is where we started and it's still the core of what we do — inspection, testing and certification done properly, with remedials completed in-house rather than handed back as a problem. Around that core we deliver commercial installations, lighting and power, distribution and three-phase work, refurbishment packages, EV charging, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, and 24/7 reactive maintenance.
We still look after landlords, letting agents and homeowners in and around Peterborough — that work is where our reputation for turning up on time and explaining things clearly was earned.
